How I make my templates

Hello to my two little followers: Lily and Purpleicey!
You both wanted to know how I make my templates so I'm going to just start you off.
I use the old version of blogger. Minima template.
With this you can piece together what you want your blog to look (eg. Header, sidebar wrappers, footer, Outer-wrapper etc.)

Sorry. I thought you might get bored by all the writing.

So anyway, here is a little diagram of where everything in this blog is in the HTML for the old blogger template:

Bottom half (click to enlarge)

top half (click to enlarge)
When you change to the minima template it will have everything you need to start off a template.
Just edit the settings to how you want them to be.

Basic html codes:
1. background: url('PUT THE URL OF IMAGE HERE');
2. Border: 3px solid #000000;
3. Remember to put ; after each line of code
4. margin-top: 40px (shows how far up the page you want something to be)
5. line-height: 1.0em (the space between each line)
6. text-align: center
7. Padding: 10px (Shows how much space you want on sides of text)

REMEMBER: Most tutorials work for this type of template but check that it uses either # or .
Some tutorials can be found at twolegers blog and some at thecutestblogontheblock.
